PET Sheet Extrusion Machine Line

PET Sheet Extrusion Machine Line is mainly used in making PET Sheet which is a kind of reinforced plastic PVC films which has long cross fiber net or PET net between two layers of plastic PVC films.

PET Sheet Extrusion Line with Precrystalization Unit can produce APET, CPET, PETG Sheet. The whole line system includes PET precrystalization drying unit. PET special use extruder, Melt Pump, Screen Changer, PET 3 Roll Calender, 3 Roll Calender. Cooling & Haul-off, Heating Oven, Winder etc. Also the line can add another co-extruder to manufacture multiple layer PET Sheet.

PET is used widely in plastics processing fileld because it has good transparency,high impact resistance,easy recyclables and many other excellent process friendly properties. Usually PET sheet extrusion line have up to three layer and 2 or 3 extruders.While the centre layer of such products can contain a high percentage of recycled material,the outer layer consists of virgin resins combined with additives.
