Professional Plastic PVC Profile Extrusion Machine Line Manufacturer In China
Plastic PVC profile production line can be used to produce for
window profile, gutter, wall panels, decorative profiles and so on.
This complete line equipment includes main extruder, calibrating
table, profile caterpillar haul-off, saw, stacking unit. Extrusion
mould is designed by stainless steel alloy and regulated through
proper heating zones. Calibration is mounted on a common base
plate. Sectional calibrating methods with sufficient number of
vacuum and cooling water connection. It is easy to assemble and
pleasing to the eye.
PVC profile making machine mostly uses two models of extrusion
lines, SJSZ65/132 extrusion line is special for manufacturing main
profiles, like frame, sash, mullion, etc. SJSZ51/105 extrusion line
is applied to produce small profiles, such as glass bead, cap,
connection, etc. If changing to single screw extruder, the line can
produce PE, PP, and ABS profile.
